RETURN POLICY

Returns always happen. Don’t worry, we understand that. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you are welcome to return it. We accept returns in the following cases:

1. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request and approve your case. In this circumstance, we may offer you one of two options as below:

Option 1:

You still keep the item(s) for other purposes and we will give you a 75% discount coupon for your next order. In this circumstance, you do not need to ship back the items and we do not have to pay for shipping and re-stocking cost.

Option 2:

If you still want to return the item and request for a full credit refund, please follow these instructions:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 05 days of receiving your order for returns inquiries to receive instructions for handling your return item(s).
  • After receiving our response, please ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only eligible if the item is unused, unwashed and has not been altered in anyway. You will be responsible for the return postage on all returns, the credit refund will be issued once the return items have been received by our warehouse service.

2. DAMAGED OR LOW-QUALITY ITEMS

If the product is defective or damaged by shipping process, please kindly reach out to us via email: [email protected], including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.

In this circumstance, we may offer you one of two options as below:

Option 1:

We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

The replacement will be re-produced and shipped out as our Production and Shipping Time Policy.

REFUND POLICY

You will RECEIVE the refund if one of these cases happen:

  1. You do not receive your product within 45 business days after the date you placed your order.
  2. The product is defective, damaged or incorrect item(s). In this case, please kindly reach out to us via email and we recommend you should check our RETURNING POLICY first for the best solution. In the case, you still want to receive a refund credit, you should follow these instructions:
  • Email us at: [email protected] within 05 days of receiving your order to receive instructions for refund inquiries. You should include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.
  • We will confirm once the refund request has been made within 02 business hours. After receiving our response, please ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only eligible if the item is unused, unwashed and has not been altered in anyway. You will be responsible for the return postage on all returns and Shipping costs are non-refundable. .   • The credit refund (the amount paid before shipping minus (-) $15 for fulfillment and re-stock cost) will be issued once the return items have been received by our warehouse service.
  • The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your PayPal account or Credit Card again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact your bank to check information. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: [email protected].

You will NOT RECEIVE the refund when:

  1. You do not like our material or style of the item(s), or;
  2. The refund request is out of time frame as above mentioned, or;
  3. The item is used or defective by you.
